Pearson Vue
We offer a diverse range of professional certifications through Pearson VUE, covering critical sectors such as Information Technology, Healthcare & Nursing, and Finance & Business.
For Information Technology, we provide testing for industry leaders like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cisco Systems, CompTIA, ISC2, Microsoft/Business Solutions, and VMware (VEEAM). For Finance & Business, our offerings feature globally recognized credentials such as ICAEW, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Candidates can also access academic admissions tests (like the LNAT and Executive Assessment), Teacher Certifications, and Citizenship Exams. These exams are available on-demand and are booked directly through the vendor.
ACCA

On-Demand Computer-Based Exams (CBE): Take control of your study timeline with flexible, year-round testing for Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills papers (such as Business and Technology [BT], Management Accounting [MA], Financial Accounting [FA], and Corporate and Business Law [LW]). These are booked directly through Brighter for maximum convenience.
Quarterly Session-Based Exams: Advance to higher-level qualifications with structured, invigilated sittings for professional papers (including Performance Management [PM], Taxation [TX], Financial Reporting [FR], Audit and Assurance [AA], and Financial Management [FM]). These are hosted during the official global exam windows every March, June, September, and December.
PSI
Our centre provides a variety of licensure and certification exams via PSI, specialising in regulated industries such as Real Estate & Property Management, Insurance & Finance, and Construction & Trades. All PSI exams are on-demand and should be booked via the vendor’s website. Exams for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) are booked via PSI.
CISI
Through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), we provide qualifications for every stage of a financial career, from Foundation levels to Chartered Wealth Manager status. Specialised tracks include Capital Markets, Investment Operations (IOC), and Risk & Compliance. These exams are available on-demand and are booked directly through the vendor.

Brighter is the Isle of Man’s local Computer-Based Exam (CBE) and professional testing centre. It provides a secure, modern, and professional environment for candidates to sit global exams locally, saving the time and expense of travelling to the UK.
Does Brighter provide teaching or training courses?
No. Brighter operates purely as an examination centre and does not offer any in-person or online teaching.
Why is VAT charged on exam fees?
Brighter's pricing is a bundled fee covering the cost of the exam, booking and administration fees, and facility/invigilation costs. As a VAT-registered business, they are legally required to apply VAT to this service.

What exam providers and qualifications are supported at Brighter?
Brighter works with several leading global examination bodies, including:
- ACCA: Comprehensive support for accounting qualifications, ranging from on-demand Computer-Based Exams (Applied Knowledge and Skills) to quarterly session-based professional papers.

Booking & Scheduling
How do I book my exam?
The booking process depends entirely on the exam provider:
- ACCA On-Demand CBEs can be booked directly through the Brighter website.
- Most other vendor exams (such as CISI, Pearson VUE, PSI/CII, and ACCA Session exams) must be booked directly through the respective vendor’s website, where you select Brighter as your testing centre during the process.
What does "on-demand" mean?
On-demand exams can be scheduled for an available time slot (subject to availability) rather than being restricted to rigid, fixed exam windows.
Can I reschedule or cancel my exam?
Rescheduling and cancellation policies are determined strictly by the exam provider. If you booked through a vendor website, you must manage changes via your vendor account. If you booked an ACCA CBE directly with Brighter, you should contact Brighter directly for assistance.
Exam Day Guidelines
What should I bring with me on exam day?
You must bring your booking confirmation and the specific identification (ID) documents required by your exam provider. ID criteria vary by vendor, so check their instructions beforehand.
When should I arrive for my exam?
